This is a sweet and creamy smoothie, the peanut butter adds a great source of protein. Peanut butter sounds like a funny ingredient but it works well even without the jam. It's sort of a spin on a popular peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Ingredients: 
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (low-fat if desired)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk(2% for creamier texture)
