Batidas are a favorite drink in Brazil. They are a delicious mixes of fresh fruit juice and cachaça (a potent local sugarcane liquor).
Mix all the ingredients using your blender at high speed, then strain the mixture into a large glass poured over crushed ice, then serve immediately. You can make it using fresh passionfruit by spooning it right out with seeds and all.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce of cachaca
- 1/4 ounce of lime syrup
- a dash of lime juice
- 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- 1 chunk of passionfruit
